2021 Application Seminar

About This Campaign

It is recommended you attend or watch this one-hour seminar where all program requirements for the Pathway to Homeownership Program will be explained. Applicants must be residents of Garland County and meet income requirements (see below).

In addition to the income guidelines, families are chosen by three selection criteria:
  1. Need.

  2. Ability to pay.

  3. Willingness to partner.

The seminar marks the beginning of our Open Application Period, which ends on December 16, 2021, at Noon.

Registration is NOT required for in-person attendance, however, seating is limited and registration is highly recommended. The seminar will also be available to view on Facebook Live, and following the seminar on our YouTube Channel.

Location / Venue


Joe and Sheila have 2 children under the age of 18 (dependents). This brings their family total to 4. Joe works full-time with 32 hours per week at $11/hour. This means Joe makes $1,525 per month. Sheila only works part-time with 15 hours per week at $11/hour. This means Sheila makes $715 per month. Their combined income per month is $2,240* which is less than the maximum $3,095 they can earn with 4 people being in their family. - Joe and Sheila do qualify, income limits wise.

Brad and Linda are married with no children. This brings their family total to 2. Brad works part-time with 15 hours per week at $11/hour. This means Brad makes $715 monthly. Linda receives Social Security Disability benefits of $350 per month. Their combined income per month is $1,065* which is less than the minimum $1,238 they can earn with 2 people being in their family. - Brad and Linda do not qualify, income limits wise.

Jennifer is a single mother with 3 children under the age of 18 (dependents). This brings their family total to 4. Jennifer works full-time with 40 hours per week at $15/hour. This means Jennifer makes $2,600* per month which is less than the maximum $3,095 they can earn with 4 people being in their family. - Jennifer does qualify, income limits wise. 

Janet is a single mother with 2 children under the age of 18 (dependents). This brings their family total to 3Janet works full time with 40 hours per week at $16/hour. This means Janet makes $2,773 per month. Janet's youngest child receives Social Security Disability benefits of $500 per month.
