The 2023 Application Seminar will be held on Saturday, November 11, in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
It is recommended you attend this one-hour seminar where all program requirements for the Pathway to Homeownership Program will be explained.
The seminar will also be available live on Facebook.
The seminar will mark the beginning of our Open Application Period, which ends on December 14, 2023, at Noon.
Applicants must be residents of Garland County, Arkansas and meet income requirements.
