The 2024 Application Seminar will be held on Saturday, November 9, in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
It is recommended you attend this one-hour seminar where all program requirements for the Pathway to Homeownership Program will be explained.

The seminar will mark the beginning of our Open Application Period, which ends on December 12, 2024, at Noon.
Applicants must be residents of Garland County, Arkansas and meet income requirements.

Child care is not available for the in-person seminar.
