The 2025 Application Seminar will be held on Saturday, November 8, in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
It is recommended that you attend this one-hour seminar, where all program requirements for the Pathway to Homeownership Program will be explained.
Spanish and ASL translations will be available.
A recording of the seminar will also be viewable on Facebook and YouTube beginning November 11.
The seminar will mark the beginning of our Open Application Period, which ends on December 11, 2025, at Noon.
Applicants must be residents of Garland County, Arkansas, and meet income requirements.
Applications must be submitted by appointment only. ( Appointments may not be scheduled prior to the seminar.)
Child care is not available for the in-person seminar.
Backpacks, large bags, briefcases, and/or suitcases are not permitted.
Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome. Emotional support animals and pets are not permitted.
